Product Summary
Galvalume Steel Coil (GL), also known as aluzinc steel, is a continuously coated steel coil with a 55% aluminum – 43.5% zinc – 1.5% silicon coating (AZ). Compared with conventional galvanized (GI) steel, the Al-Zn coating provides different corrosion protection performance and higher heat reflectivity, making GL well suited for exposed metal roofing, cladding and roll-formed building profiles.
Kyzotech supplies galvalume coils in cold-forming grades (DX51D+AZ and related) and structural grades (S250GD+AZ to S550GD+AZ), with zero, minimized or regular spangle and multiple surface treatments. Slitting and cut-to-length services, mill certificates and export packing are available according to order specification.
