LSH Auto Support Center Project

Located on Chongye Road, Jiangning District, Nanjing, this project is an important after-sales service facility of the LSH Group in East China. It has a total gross floor area of approximately 12,000 ㎡. The building adopts a composite structure of concrete frame, metal sandwich wall panels and aluminum veneer curtain wall. Our company undertook the detailed design, material supply and installation of the wall system for this project.

The wall features a sandwich composite structure consisting of outer sheet, insulation system and inner sheet. The outer sheet is our AA3004, 0.7mm PVDF coated Al-Mg-Mn profiled steel sheet, profile YX36-148-740. The inner sheet is a 0.5mm Baosteel Al-Zn substrate off-white color steel sheet, profile YX15-225-900, with a 100mm thick rock wool insulation layer filled in between.

Construction mobilization started in April 2021, and the installation of the entire wall system was completed in September of the same year, taking about five months. The construction period coincided with Nanjing’s plum rain season. Through well-organized flow construction and staggered working procedures, the project team effectively mitigated the impact of rainy weather on the schedule and ensured on-time handover.

Upon completion, the facility became one of LSH Group’s most capable and well-equipped integrated auto support centers in East China, greatly improving the service efficiency and customer experience of the regional automotive aftermarket. After project delivery, our company has continued to provide comprehensive after-sales follow-up services, conducting regular inspections and maintenance on the wall system to promptly identify potential risks such as sealant aging and panel deformation, so as to guarantee the long-term stable performance of the enclosure system. We have received high recognition and favorable comments from the owner.
