Dry Coal Shed Project of Sinopec Nanjing Yangzi Power Plant

In 2020, our company supplied two main materials for this project: keels and stainless steel profiled sheets.
The coal shed keels (purlins) were fabricated by double-spliced welding of Q355B + Z275 high-strength, high-zinc coating C-section steel, in two profiles: C220×75×20×3.0 and C250×75×20×2.5, with a total weight of over 150 tons. The coal shed roof adopts SUS304 stainless steel profiled steel sheets, covering an area of more than 9,000 m². The sheets are 0.5 mm thick, profile YX25-210-840, installed as a single layer with exposed (through-fixed) fasteners.
